❌ No Returns / No Exchanges

Due to baby hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy ensures that every product your baby receives is:

  • Fresh
  • Unused
  • Hygienically packed

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain these standards.


✅ When Are We Happy to Assist?

We will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong product (different from what you ordered)

📌 How to Raise a Request

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once verified, our team will process your replacement promptly.


❗ Important Conditions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size-related issues
  • Minor color differences (due to screen or lighting variations)
  • Change of mind after delivery

To be eligible for replacement consideration:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Tags (if any) must be intact

📦 Unboxing Video – Mandatory Requirement

For any damage or mismatch claims:

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be accepted
